The first part to our series on community. So often we are told that we need community but we don't often talk about why. In this message Mackenzie breaks down the need for friendship, specifically Jesus-centered friendship.

The One Anothers
- Love one another (John 13:34, 15:12)
- Outdo one another in showing honor (Romans 12:10)
- Live in harmony with one another (Romans 12:16)
- Comfort and agree with one another (2 Corinthians 13:11)
- Serve one another (John 13:1-20; Galatians 5:13)
- Bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2)
- Forgive one another (Ephesians 4:32)
- Submit to one another (Ephesians 5:21)
- Be honest with one another (Colossians 3:9)
- Encourage one another (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
- Confess to one another (James 5:16)
- Pray for one another (James 5:16)
-Celebrate with those who celebrate, and mourn with those who mourn. (Romans 12:15)
Discussion Questions:
* What things stand out to you about current culture’s norms in friendships? Do you see friendships that struggle to disagree and maintain relationship? Where have you seen people be connected but lonely? Do you agree that loneliness could really be the number 1 public health issue of our time?
* “Your friends determine the quality and the direction of your life.” Do you agree? Where have you seen this to be true in your life?
* Looking at the "one anothers” from scripture, which for you is the hardest to live out and why?
