Darran is a Chartered Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in practice including experience of working exclusively on M&A activities in two Big 4 firms.

He has significant advisory knowledge in tax and finance across a broad range of clients including privately owned businesses to private equity investments. Throughout his career Darran has advised clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, construction, facility management, healthcare and real estate.

Darran has gained a wealth of knowledge in multiple disciplines advising businesses on taxation, growth, business planning and financial advisory.
