We travel to China to hear about more than 150 million migrant workers, treated as second class citizens and then onto Brazil where Amnesty International is campaigning for security and protection of all Brazilians regardless of their social status.

This months podcast includes a report from Salil Shetty, Secretary General Amnesty International from Times Square at the unveiling of the ‘Maternal Mortality Death Clock’. The clock counted the number of women that die unnecessarily during child birth whilst the Millennium Development Goals Summit took place. The podcast also includes a film for Eduardo Campos, Governor of Pernambuco state in Brazil whilst he decides the fate of 53 families in Sirinhaém in the coming weeks.
