(Spirit Rock Meditation Center) Vedena is the second foundation of mindfulness. It seems a pretty simple teaching: we like certain things and don’t like other things, and some things are neutral. But actually feeling tone is something very subtle. We often don’t even notice it happening. How can we be present for this foundation of mindfulness without getting lost in craving, aversion or delusion?
