Mark Carney has boasted that he’s going to make Canada’s economy the strongest in the G7. But when he unveiled his cabinet it contained many discredited Trudeau faces. Some people are cynical that this is simply another version of the Trudeau Government - Ministers such as Steven Guilbeault, Mélanie Joly, Chrystia Freeland, FP Champagne, Anita Anand, Sean Fraser, are all holding major portfolios.
