Former Boise State safety Marty Tadman battled drugs and alcohol while growing up and nearly committed suicide by stepping in front of an oncoming train. After turning his life around he went on to star on The Blue as an all-WAC safety and had two interceptions in the 2007 Fiesta Bowl win over Oklahoma, including one he returned for a touchdown.
