In this episode of the RSP Cast's Scout Talk, CFL, and former NFL Scout, Russ Lande joins Matt Waldman for a conversation about the impact of the global pandemic on NFL scouting in 2020 and 2021. 

What do scouts and coaches do immediately after the NFL Draft and how will that change thanks to the Covid-19 virus? Russ Lande and I discuss the schedules of scouting departments and how the pandemic could generate a permanent and positive outcome for the profession when it comes to travel, expenses, education, and communication with coaches.
