Episode 3 continues the series in which I sit down with recent paramedic school graduates from my past student cohorts.

Jennifer graduated in 2016. She successfully completed her probationary period at a busy 911 service and has recently completed her “Survival Year” as a 1st year practicing paramedic.

Listen as she breaks down the importance of having a good partner, dependable mentors and the use of self reflection as benefits to shaping her freshman year as a medic.

Please pass this podcast along to other practicing paramedics and EMTs as well as EMT and paramedic students. I suspect they share many of the same experiences as they progress through their career in EMS.
