Medical debt relief; Funding early childhood education

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky paid a surprise visit to liberated Kherson Monday as workers try to restore basics such as power, water and phone services. NPR's Frank Langfitt was on the phone with Ukrainian soldiers who recaptured the city. And, Toledo City Council teamed up with RIP Medical Debt to rid hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical debt for thousands of Toledo residents.
