Recommended for a newbie to Meditation like me
I bought this book because I always am trying to learn how to relax. I have suffered from anxiety most of my adult life and I usually exercise and diet to keep my stress levels down. Many years ago I tried transcendental meditation but never stuck too it. This book is perfect for me to apply some simple techniques on how to implement a few things without spending too much time on it. It describes what meditation is in layman's terms. Well written book, not too long. The author really delivers.

I really enjoyed reading this book and putting it into action, as he covers beginners. Very easy to follow and often meditate now.
