Having spent almost 2 decades as an executive in corporate and entrepreneurial work, he reached a hard realization that success was costing too much from his body, relationships, emotions, and soul. He was becoming exhausted with his life, anxious, numb and unsure what the next step looked like….

So, he hit reset on his life, realigning his thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, values, and actions to a true definition of who he was and what he was here in the world to do…not, an external or vocational definition. This involved studying and working with many leading edge somatic practices, blended with mindfulness, and deepening emotional intelligence which led to a deeper relationship with himself, others, and self mastery.

The light came back on. He found a connection to his heart, magic, relationships, and the purpose that ignited an eternal fire of passion for a life intentionally designed and created. While grateful for the people, places, experiences and the previous version of himself, he lives a life he wouldn’t trade for anything…one of true wealth.  His deepest desire is that men feel the support, connection, passion, and purpose that is available through this work.
