Research shows that there has been an explosion of mental health issues in children and teens. Two excellent local representatives help us explore this issue in depth. 

On this edition of the Parents’ Show we speak to a young lady and local student Sanyha Aktar who is an outspoken Vlogger and Blogger passionate about improving mental health provision in schools and young mental health in general. Jo Maher from VISTA St Albans talks about the issue and what services are available locally and nationally. Jo shares her thoughts on the current situation.
