This week, during a special educational session at the Vinfast IRONMAN World Championship, Feisty Media hosted a panel discussion on the main expo stage on Mental Strategies for Race Day.

The panelists did reference the World Championship; however, these mental strategies are applicable for any major race or endeavor.
