Dr. Jess Bartley, Senior Director of Psychological Services at the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee, discusses her role in overseeing mental health and performance for Team USA athletes.

With the 2026 Winter Olympics and Paralympics in Italy less than 100 days away, Dr. Bartley shares insights into how her team is preparing for their delivery of mental health and performances services across multiple athletes' villages.

She shares insights on the differences between working with collegiate and Olympic athletes, the unique challenges faced by Paralympic athletes, and the importance of providing continuous support throughout the Olympic cycle.
