Mentor/mentee relationships can be some of the most valuable relationships we have outside of our family because these people help to keep us accountable. Mentors are there to guide us as we consistently and persistently pursue our potential, sharing insights and situational knowledge along the way. Mentees can learn and grow under the mentor's guidance, getting a chance to experiment with creative solutions to problems within a supportive environment.

These relationships are key to our personal and professional growth, so let’s examine them more in-depth in order to ensure that our growth is exponential.
