Ilaria Patania from Boston University brings with her today her excitement and passion for archaeology. It was a real treat to speak with her and very inspiring to hear Ilaria speak about her exciting cave research project in China and the other projects she has going on across the United States. In addition to that, she also talks about her public outreach project called Eating Archaeology. This is a very cool project that provides an "out of the box" solution to connect with the public. At this point you will be wondering the same as us, "When does this woman sleep"? Anyway, everyone should have a listen to this fascinating interview.
