In this inaugural episode of Intergenerational Sunday School, we explore the profound connections between faith and neuroscience in a conversation titled "Mind Over Matter." We're joined by two distinguished subject matter experts: Dr. Jacqueline McFarland Washington, MD, a board-certified neurologist and Emory's first Black female professor in the Department of Neurology, and Ms. Christa McKelton, a Georgia Tech neuroscientist. Together, they help us examine how brain science, memory, terminal lucidity, and neuroplasticity intersect with our spiritual understanding of identity, consciousness, and eternal life.
