Steve Sonderman is the President and Founder of No Regrets Men's Ministries at Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, Wisconsin. His passion is to see every local church have its own ministry to men. In 1994, Steve began the annual No Regrets Men's Conference which today draws thousands of men to the event held at Elmbrook Church and across the country via webcast. Steve also serves as Pastor of Adult Discipleship at Elmbrook Church. He regularly leads seminars around the world with church leaders to help establish local men's ministries and develop leaders. Steve has a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee and a Masters of Divinity from Bethel Seminary. Steve and his wife, Colleen, have four adult children.
