A mother accused of murdering her 3-year-old daughter has been found unresponsive in custody at Brisbane Women's Correctional Centre. Queensland Police say that detectives from correctives services are investigating "a medical emergency involving a 32-year-old woman" and that the mother has been transported to hospital.
