Mothering and Mother's Day is a mixture of joy, hard work, pain, and promises. I speak from experience. God meets us at each of those intersections in our  lives. For some, this Mother's Day may be painful due to  not being  a mother, losing  your mom, or accepting the fact  your  mom was not  there for  you. For others, mothering is exhausting and hard work and  you need encouragement. When we  partner with God in the tough  places, He shows us  His  promises and turns the hard spaces  into joy.
