SOCIAL MEDIA AFFAIRS
A simple like on a post.  I little heart emoji here, a wink emoji there. A month-long snap chat streak with a cute co-worker.  A regular chat with an online friend that you just met.  Are these things right or wrong?
Reactions can vary.  “It’s harmless.”  “We’ve never even met.”
Or this one which I’ve heard from many clients over the years; “It’s not an affair because we are not having sex.”
Defining a Social Media Affair.
Any activity online that you participate in that you would not freely share with or include your current partner with. 
If you have to hide it, something is wrong.

Still Not Sure?
Ask yourself this question; “Would I be comfortable with my partner doing the exact same thing I am doing?”

SIGNS YOUR PARTNER MAY BE HAVING A SOCIAL MEDIA AFFAIR
They are always interacting with people you barely know or don’t know at all
They ignore your tags or comments
They make plans with other “people” without including you
One particular name/person keeps popping up
They stop posting couples photos
They are super-protective of their computer/phone
They have created other social media accounts
