One in four women will experience domestic violence in their lifetime, and over half of folks who are trans, two-spirit, or non-binary will as well. It is a topic we need to talk about and bring out of the shadows as it likely touches us all in one way or another. 40% of cases of domestic violence and abuse begin during pregnancy.
