We've all been living in fear. That's the old approach to life of victimhood. We perceive the need to control conditions and protect ourselves from the negative emotions stemming from rejection and loss. However, that is a very limited perception of reality. In truth, we are fully supported by a benevolent universe that is always bringing us exactly what we need. As we transition to the new approach of love and acceptance, we must drop all forms of control. This becomes uncomfortable, because it's so different from the old approach.
