Lydia and Lucy talk with Mr Andrea Saracino (Consultant Colorectal Surgeon Yeovil District Hospital)  as he finishes his training and begins his first day as a consultant surgeon.  They contrast training experiences in UK and Italy and the challenge of getting surgical training time and some of the cultural and language barriers.
