MS Diary | Wednesday, 8/23/23 | Why I'm hyper-focused on the back, feet and frequent urination
*hands up* I will NOT lie. I'm losing Blue Cross Blue Shield next Thursday, switching to Obamacare/Affordable Care Act insurance. It's why I'm extra motivated to manage the feet, back and frequent restroom trips.
I scooped some Boudreaux's Butt Paste for the pressure sores. I plan to use it daily. *smh*
As for the Big 3, I didn't drink enough water, decided NO laying on stomach.
