This Podcast on SugarMamma's Fireplay is a personal one. My parents were worried that I was trying to do too much and that I would burn out, but burn out so badly that I wouldn't be able to recover. This made me reconsider my priorities, my workload, my deadlines, my schedule and even my own budget. And understanding the Emotion Energy Matrix is really helping me understand, connect and manage my energy and emotions, so that I can not only achieve my goals more efficiently, but with more fun and joy. For anyone that is ready for the year to end, I highly recommend learning about this and this is a great place to start.
