[MY JOURNEY] I've purchased 6 Properties in the last 2 weeks

I talk through the last 6 properties I've had offers accepted on or exchanged. My lessons, solicitors lying and auction fun.

Most of which have an ROCE (Return on Cash Employed (left-in)) of 50% plus or a flip profit of £15k+

Last week I exchanged on 2 and had 2 offers accepted! It's been a lot of hard work, and slogging but it seems as though it's paying off now.

Financial freedom is at the end of these deals, so Buy To Lets may be boring but they are safe and long term.
