AENCO Smartcap's mission is to enable blockchain technology for "normal people" outside of the industry to make impactful connections between future technologies and capital today. 

Geoffrey's fantastic background started as a robotics engineer at Salford University and it was his fascination for the technical aspects of decentralised exchanges that led him to where he is today. 

He shares, "having a team with different perspectives helps solve problems properly," and elaborates on the importance of firms subscribing to more inclusive cultures.
