From Astrophysicist to CEO and Co-Founder, Kim has been exposed to many diverse experiences throughout her career. After switching career paths, an MBA inspired her to become a leader and founder of a data science business which she used to help people with STEM backgrounds get into the industry. 

Kim also shares her recent findings of gender imbalance within the sales space and discusses what leaders can do to encourage equal opportunities for women.
