5:00pm- Philly City Soda Tax: Where’d the Money Go? Journalist John Stossel investigated the Philadelphia soda tax—which politicians pledged would go towards funding public schools. However, less than half the money raised ultimately ended up in the school systems and the tax harmed local businesses. A listener gets VERY angry when Rich jokes that kids should drink gallons of soda and chain smoke cigarettes in order to raise more tax money for education.

5:15pm- Congresswoman Nancy Mace has introduced a resolution that would prevent biological males from using women’s restrooms in the U.S. Capitol.

5:20pm- On Tuesday, FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell testified during a House Oversight and Accountability Committee hearing. In notable exchanges with Congressmen Scott Perry and Jeff Van Drew, Criswell was asked about reports that FEMA withheld vital hurricane relief aid from Trump supporters.

5:40pm- Dr. Victoria Coates—Former Deputy National Security Advisor & the Vice President of the Davis Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show. For the first time, Ukraine used long-range missiles to attack Russian territory. In response, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a revision in policy, signing a doctrine ultimately lowering the threshold for a nuclear strike.
