I have always Loved training and everything about. But recently, I have started my endeavour on discovering how the body actually works, ways to better optimise the body through the Mind, Nutrition and training and ways that I can live a long healthy life. I read The "Own the day" Book by Aubrey Marcus who built a supplement company purely based around optimising performance. That book really opened my mind to all these other avenues of how the body works and what is good for it...which has put me on to this path today.
