On August 5th, Nev Schulman broke his neck. His C5 and C6. Thankfully, he's expected to make a full recovery.

Nev is many things - the creator of MTV's Catfish, a fan-favorite contestant from Dancing with the Stars, and - most important (to me, anyway) - my friend.
