New Brunswick Invests $7.24 Million in Early Childhood Educator Wages

The Government of New Brunswick has announced a $7.24 million investment to increase wages for early childhood educators, adding a fourth step to the existing wage grid starting September 16, 2025.

This increase represents a 5.5% raise for Level 1 educators and a 6% raise for entry-level educators, helping improve working conditions and support the retention of educators across the province.
