Long Beach Island follows a similar script - high rip current risk, surf heights matching Eastern Monmouth, and those persistent northeast winds. Temperatures are hovering in the upper 50s, with showers likely making an appearance.

Atlantic City and Cape May are slightly more mellow, sitting at a moderate rip current risk. Surf will be a bit more subdued at 2 to 3 feet, with northeast winds around 15 to 20 mph. Temperatures will nudge into the lower 60s with cloudy conditions and potential shower cameos.

Delaware's Rehoboth Beach rounds out our coastal forecast with moderate rip current conditions. Expect 2 to 3 foot waves, north winds around 10 mph, and waters warming slightly to the lower 60s.

Friday brings a shift - winds will swing west, temperatures will climb, and most areas will see improving conditions. Rip current risks drop to moderate, and sunshine makes a welcome comeback.
