Surf Report - New Jersey Shore areas

New Jersey and Delaware Surf Report for 06-24-2025

Listen Later

Good morning, beach lovers! Get ready for a sizzling day along the Jersey Shore and Delaware coastline. We're looking at a picture-perfect Tuesday with sunny skies and temperatures climbing into the lower 90s. The surf is going to be calm as a millpond, with waves barely reaching a foot high.

Beach safety is looking good today with a low rip current risk, but don't let your guard down near jetties and piers. The UV index is screaming very high, so slather on that sunscreen and protect yourselves!

Water temperatures are varying across our coastal zones. You'll find the warmest waters around Delaware at a comfortable lower 70s, while Atlantic City is sitting in the chilly lower 60s. Eastern Monmouth is holding steady around 70 degrees.

Wind patterns will start northwest in the morning and shift to a southerly direction by afternoon, keeping things nice and breezy. If you're planning your beach day, high tides will be rolling in around 7 AM to 8 AM at various locations.

Wednesday's forecast looks similar with a slight chance of showers sneaking into the mix. Temperatures will cool down just a touch, hitting the upper 80s. Beach conditions remain stable with continued low rip current risks.

Whether you're hitting Sandy Hook, Long Beach Island, Atlantic City, Ocean City, or Rehoboth Beach, you're in for a spectacular day of sun, sand, and surf. Just remember your sunscreen, stay hydrated, and enjoy this slice of summer paradise!
