Marc Lotter joins Larry O'Connor to discuss the recent string of Republicans who have come out to oppose President Trump's reelection. Lotter suggests that given Trump's high ratings for conservative policies from groups like The Heritage Foundation, perhaps these Republicans were never really Republicans in the first place.
