Tossing records aside, we are loaded with Wild Card Weekend and it's all about the rematch with a Saturday, Sunday, and Monday slate of games to start things off. The concern with all of these games is the quarterback. Lamar Jackson and Tua are hobbled, Dak has been shaky, Kirk Cousins is back on a primetime stage, Brock Purdy out of nowhere continues to morph into Kurt Warner, and then we have Joe Burrow and Josh Allen trying to get on top of the mountain. Ah and we'd be remiss if we didn't mention that single bachelor in Tampa Bay, Tom Brady. For as critical the quarterback play is, do not undercut the importance of coaching and preparation. Brian Daboll is getting a ton of love and could be the NFL Coach of the Year. For as masterful as he is, what wonders can he do for a New York Giants team that looks outmatched on paper? We think this will be a helluva game. Brandon Staley has rolled things back a little bit on the aggressive side, but now he sees Doug Pederson in Jacksonville. Herbert v Lawrence could give us another sight to see, much like we get with Mahomes, Allen, and Burrow on the marquee.
