Dayle has been bound to a wheelchair for her adult life. At 16 years old she found out she had muscular dystrophy, and she would never walk again. In order to live in a body she feels good in, she has had to dial in her nutrition. 

Dayle shares about how to learn to love herself, even the parts of ourselves are so hard to love.
