This episode is a continuation of the conversation that we started back in episode 44. In it, I share a declaration that I wrote based on the reality that our righteousness comes from Jesus alone and that we don't have to earn God's love, favor, or approval.

**CLARIFICATIONS**

I mentioned how the enemy tempted Jesus after Jesus had fasted forty days. Luke 4:1-2 says, "And Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit in the wilderness for forty days, being tempted by the devil. And he ate nothing during those days. And when they were ended, he was hungry." It's possible based on this passage that the enemy tempted Jesus not only at the end of the forty days, but also during the forty days. Nevertheless, it doesn't undermine, diminish, or change the point that the enemy struck at a moment of vulnerability.
