This includes current residents, and people moving to the area—households of all different life stages. Housing starts with design and this week I had a lengthy conversation with Mike McGonagle. An architect, business owner, and compulsive public records hacker, Mike reads the tea leaves of the local real estate market from a unique perspective. Mike earned his Masters of Architecture from Harvard School of Design.
