NPHET and NIAC to face questions from TDs

Chief Medical Officer Dr Tony Holohan has sent a letter to TDs and Senators warning that new covid restrictions cannot be ruled out and “may be required in the future”. It comes as NPHET and NIAC, the States Vaccine body, face questions at the Oireachtas Health Committee today. Joining us on the show this morning was  one of those TDs who’ll be asking the questions, Roisin Shortall, Co-Leader of the Social Democrats. We also spoke to  Liam Fanning Professor of Immunovirology at UCC.
