The Justice Department said Friday that it may invoke state secrets privilege to avoid complying with a federal judge’s order, which challenges the use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan immigrants suspected of being part of the Tren de Aragua terrorist group. At a press conference, Trump said he doesn't need the judge's permission to deport them.
