This book is terrible. The margins are huge so each page barely has anything on it and some pages have as little as 2 or 3 words on them seemingly for no reason other than to take up more pages and make the book seem longer. The personality types are poorly described and do not do a good job of telling the reader which type they are. There are spelling errors everywhere. This book is also largely uninformative. The best advice this book gives on eating is "do research" and "stick to healthy food." The whole reason I bought this book was to "do research" I am angry that this book got published and I'm even more angry that I bought it. I bought this book after reading the other reviews on this website and now that I've actually read the book I can tell you they are absolutely fake. One review brags about the great recipes in this book except there are no recepies! Terrible book, do not buy unless you want to waste your money while simultaneously learning nothing about nutrition.

I love this book! The recipes are so yummy, but they take a lot of work to make. Buy the staples and then the maintenance of eating well. This book is absolutely wonderful. Makes it very easy to cook delicious recipes and not worry about adaptability of ingredients. Looking forward to making the dishes in this new book!

The author outlines the various personality types as regards to their food habits. Once you identify your personality type, you will know what to do and what not to do to maintain your ideal weight. The book details the foods you should eat and the ones you should avoid. And the book demystifies the various popular myths about diets and food habits.
