As Paul closes the letter, he doesn’t call Timothy to simply try harder or push himself further. Instead, he first reminds him that he's a man of God and then issues five activities that naturally flow from that identity.

Big Idea: Our identity determines our activity—because we are people of God, we must live as people of God.
