Chef David Holben's career started in the Midwest, took him to France, and then to the first and longest-running five-star restaurant in Dallas. He has been the longest-running executive chef for Del Frisco's Restaurant Group and is now the Senior Executive Chef at the helm of Perry's Steakhouse & Grille which is a part of this year's DFW Restaurant Week.
