Trin rides solo as he discusses how the Oilers gave him hope, and took it away just as quickly in a 6-3 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes. Trin tries to explain why positive vibes are needed for Oiler fans, and that they need to stop being so bipolar about the team.

The Oilers went down 3-0 after the first period, before scoring 3 straight unanswered goals by the midway point of the third period. The Canes, however, scored 3 unanswered of their own down the stretch to put the game out of reach.

Edmonton had two goals from Zack Kassian and a PP marker form Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, while Connor McDavid assisted on all three.

Mikko Koskinen had a night to forget, surrendering 6 goals on 32 shots, including a Dougie Hamilton clapper from the red line.

Next up, the Oilers fly to Minnesota for a Thursday Night matchup against the Minnesota Wild on December 12, 2019.
