Welcome back! As promised, here is my next segment in the Change mini-series. This time I focus on how change has affected ME; essentially, my own experience of ‘change’. Change can be positive or negative, like I express throughout, and for me manifested in the mental, physical and emotional forms. Whether it was change in my fitness, change in my mental health or change in social life; I dive right into my past and unravel how change has shaped who I was and am today. Enjoy!
