"Several weeks ago, my girlfriends and I went out and saw one of our favorite bands play live. I had way too much to drink and was rude to a guy that asked me out. Yesterday, I went to my daughter's school and met some of her teachers. I was stunned when I walked into her social studies class and saw the man I rudely rejected. I immediately felt sick and walked out of the room. He definitely recognized me.   Some of my friends say I should apologize and accept the date while my other friends say I shouldn't do anything.  My sister-in-law says I should be stern with the teacher and tell him that if my daughter isn't treated fairly that I will go to the principal and tell her that he came on to me. I feel terrible that I've put my daughter in this position. What would you do if you were me?"
