Ephesians 2:13-14 ...remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

We are taking a little break from Ephesians to spend some time discussing our Mission, Vision, and Values at the Franklin Vineyard!

It's often said that if you fail to plan, you will plan to fail, and Jesus was laser focused on his mission to seek and save the lost. And as his people, we continue the works of Jesus by holding onto his mission, vision, and values.

Each church has its own function and purpose (cf. 1 Cor 12), and the Lord has specifically entrusted the Franklin Vineyard to be who we're called to be. And as we've said, we're not trying to grow a church; we're trying to create a family.

And as a family, we believe that Jesus has commissioned us with some next steps as we've been on this transition journey. We're so excited for what the Lord has already done, and we are even more excited for what he will continue to do! Let your kingdom come, Jesus!
