Our Thoughts Determine Our Everything
No matter whether we are fat or thin, we are rich or poor, we are happy or sad, we are healthy or weak, our thoughts decide the current conditions that we have. We might feel that we are so fat, but, in fact, relatively, we are thin compared to those obese people. Believe it or not, we are really the masters of our personalities, our bodies and the actions. We cannot blame others, or any kind of circumstances because it is us who allow everything happens in our lives. Our thoughts can have predictions and hints in our minds in advance. Besides, our thoughts also have the functions to emphasize and hypnotize the actions. By the way, the whole universe supports our thoughts to come true no matter whether they are positive thoughts or negative thoughts. Therefore, if we want to be on a diet, we don’t just focus on the food. It is our thoughts that determine what kind of food we want to eat. Of course, our thoughts can have a lot of choices. It is our choice to keep our current body shape. In other words, if we want to lose our weight, we need to try to tell our stomachs that we are satisfied with eating nothing. The truth is that we need to have very positive thoughts to believe that we can be thin and beautiful. And, then, it’s not hard for us to lose much weight without any recipes. Most of the time, we do have negative thoughts, instead of positive thoughts, and these negative thoughts still can come true in our daily lives. So, it’s extremely important to have the positive thoughts.
Besides, our human beings depend on the changes of the weather on earth to make a living. It’s not happy to have rainy days. However, we have no way to change the weather. On the contrary, we can only accept the different conditions of the weather and adjust ourselves to fit them. Normally, we follow four seasons of the year to live our lives. Spring and Fall are great for our living, but we need to prepare more for Summer and Winter. It is also inevitable to have floods, earthquakes, fire, typhoons once in a while. We now realize that we have to constantly deal with different kinds of difficulties outside of the surroundings. Our positive thoughts can help us find out the possible best ways to solve the problems. Nevertheless, most people worry so much and then, bad things still happen often. We should train our thoughts to truly have positive thoughts all the time.
Furthermore, our human beings live in a society. We have different kinds of relationships. We work, make friends, go to school, have families, travel and create arts. Our societies are not the competitive ones. Actually, if we have our positive thoughts, we can form the cooperative communities and share with one another with great advantages and benefits. Unfortunately, some of our bad thoughts let the societies become unfriendly, unsympathetic, inhospitable, cold and isolated. Hence, we have to be very careful with our thoughts. If we all have our positive thoughts in mind all along, and have very firm and strong beliefs that we are so great regardless of any situations, we are safe, fine, secure, harmless and protected in our societies as well as in the universe.
